I use HP OMEN 15 for CAD Programs. I've good experience with it. I suggest you to go with it.

how do you deal with the fillets? I mean, when I apply filletsrf command to the two surfaces, it gives a faulty result

it can be easily found on food4rhino. and also some other tutorials on Lynda.

Yes go with digital toolbox and use the examples files provided by developers of each grasshopper tools

Fusion 360 is actually very good, and that's coming from Solidworks.
