I use Fusion 360 to converter mesh file into obj file and then edit it.Turn off the histogram, modify, export as stl and then print.

Actually my model has thousand of triangles so i don't think it can be fix with the help of solidworks or any program

i had tried this its work perfectly but unfortunately its not possible to sketch on a plane of the imported meshed part.
