Is it possible to add some clearance for the two mating part when 3d print with CURA?

Because the exact dimension 3d print will not work, when go for assemble the few 3d printed parts due to shrinkage and tolerance issue. What I want is add 0.2 - 0.4 mm on each mating wall during 3d print to make perfect assembly clearance.

I'm afraid you don't have option to add 3d print fit/clearance with Cura. Cura is basic 3d print slicing software. Either you need to modify model before export to Cura for clearance gaps or need to use bit expensive software like Materialise Magic,.. advance slicing software to get it done.
