I am facing some issues while creasing profile in Cura. Its seems my issues stems from the start and end GCodes
I also tried tinkerine's support, but they didn't seem to work.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can start to define my printer profile?f

I'd love to know the answer to this if you come up with something, I've looked around and haven't found anything workable.

I was able to successfully print by using the default settings for a prusa 3i printer and changing the print bed size to match that of the dittopro

That's due to your old version of Cura. You have to move to the latest one. I had the same problem but now its fixed by just moving to the latest version
