Sure, of course, but you will have to add some extra memory on your CNC system. Most machines come with a PCMCIA cards that allow you to expand. You will need a PCMCIA adapter for a Compactflash card and a 4GB CF card to attach to your controller. That will allow you to run multiple programs on your CNC system.
