Currently forum doesn't have functionality to upload or direct embed the image within the post/reply.
Therefore please use 3rd party like https://postimages.org to generate uploaded image URL and paste it to post/reply.
Also try to reduce image size, quality as much as possible to reduce server load. Try to upload JPEG image format with below 100 KB.
