Hi,

Currently I'm using 22" Lenovo monitor and feel uncomfortable using over extended hours ( 10 hr - 12hr). As a freelance CAD engineer, I happened to use over 10 - 15 hr extensive long hours.

What do you suggest what's the best monitor size for me? do you have any thought upgrading my monitor will reduce my eye strain or any help?

22" is pretty much small.

Try to go for at least 24" monitor or dual monitor setup which will increase productivity. Yet if you can go for 27", that will be great. Remember 27" should be with 4K resolution. Otherwise, the pixel will display at 2K (1080p). 2K resolution's sweet spot is 24"

I'm using 27" IPS monitor with 4K resolution. I work more than 12 hr each day and feel no uncomfortable.
