Hi guys,
I'm accessing one of my client PC through remote desktop to do FEA in Ansys. He has already installed the Ansys 19.2 software And downloaded the already setup file for the model.
When I try to launch the Ansys and open the file through remote desktop following error massage shown "The database will be opened in read-only mode" and I cannot even solve the solution. Can anyone know what's cause this issue and how do I resolve?

Looks like, there is issue in License Installation or License Configuration. Asked to re-install the Ansys software or get help from Software agent to configure the license.
Other than that, there is no issue in accessing Ansys software through remote desktop.
