I want to learn 3D artist software that specially with human characters with certain features (Hair, cap, cloths,...). Actually my project is to model the female golf character with gloves, hat with ponytail, belt, shoes, short sleeve polo shirt & shirt.
I tried MakeHuman software but I cannot get exactly what I want. What would be the best character modeling software for this kind of project?

I suggest you to learn ZBrush , which is great sculpting software for character modeling. I just quick mock-up model is this something you look for with female character model.
