I did The Esteps changed from 94 to 94.88, so really quite minimal which was surprising.

The only suggestion I’d have is maybe an extra top layer to fill any gaps when it does that surface on the Z face.

The gaps on the Z surface seem to have been resolved with the combination of the slight Esteps alteration as well as by increasing the nozzle temp.

The banding I’d guess is maybe belt tension that can be adjusted

In terms of the banding, the belts are tight. Could they perhaps be over tightened? What sort of effects would that have? I have also checked the X carriage for any play but minimal movement there.

Try increasing temp by 9 degrees first. If no major change then adjust the flow to +6%.

I have increased the temperature by 10 which seems to have helped very marginally however I am still having the same banding issue 🙁

Extrude a length of filament in the air and measure the width with a caliper. Add that width to your slicer extrusion width setting and try again.
