Which 3D rendering software would you recommend to a real estate developer? They have projects spread all over different fields like industrial plants, estates, and even agricultural planning.

I have used Blender for a while now, it is versatile and easy to understand. But i would also suggest you try FelixRender or Enscape. I have seen some good review about them, but i haven't tried them myself. You can check a thorough review of the two on YouTube.

Well no matter which industry you chose, you'll use the same software for the projects Maya and 3ds max.

Blender is ridiculously good, it's free and open-source and has support for every game engine.

I think Cinema4D is much more intuitive than the other apps. Especially compared to Blender.
