Is there a method or software that directly convert the stl model into solid model. I have character model, however manufacturer asking about solid model for the stl model, which is to develop the mold tool.
I search in internet, it's seems there is no online or software to convert the stl to solid 3d model directly.

There is no direct method to convert stl into solid modeling with all features.
Although you may try auto surfacing option in Geomagic Design X or facet solid conversion in FeeCAD software.
