I am hired as a graphic designer, video editor, animation and now company want me to tell them my all requiremnt
What Specs are Important for Building a PC for Rendering Videos?
CPU is the most important for editing and encode/decode of video. 16GB is about the minimum I would recommend but you may be fine with 16GB, as I dont know the size of your projects.

What about the SSD?. I heard we need SSD too for fast Rendering Â

An SSD for cache, especially if you have Resolve set to preview render anything.

You're forgetting the GPU which is most important than CPU. Do you own a GPU or not ?

Use i7 Processor with 32GB RAM You really don't want less than 32GB if you want to use Fusion at all.
GTX 970 with 8 GB ( i think you already own it since you said on your posts )
SSD for Cache: Since you will be doing a lot of Render Caching. You want an SSD
