I am hired as a graphic designer, video editor, animation and now company want me to tell them my all requiremnt
What Specs are Important for Building a PC for Rendering Videos?

CPU is the most important for editing and encode/decode of video. 16GB is about the minimum I would recommend but you may be fine with 16GB, as I dont know the size of your projects.

What about the SSD?. I heard we need SSD too for fast Rendering  

An SSD for cache, especially if you have Resolve set to preview render anything.

You're forgetting the GPU which is most important than CPU. Do you own a GPU or not ?

You're forgetting the GPU which is most important than CPU. Do you own a GPU or not ?

 

Yeh i am using GTX 970 but i am not sure what kind of GPU is it since it was gift from my dad

Use i7 Processor with 32GB RAM You really don't want less than 32GB if you want to use Fusion at all.
GTX 970 with 8 GB ( i think you already own it since you said on your posts )
SSD for Cache: Since you will be doing a lot of Render Caching. You want an SSD
