I am looking to to do measurement of 3D scan data so that i can run rsm in design expert. but i am don't have any idea how do i do done this job. I did some research and find the polyworks software can helps me and i can use laser tracker for the same. I am new with this software so i don't know how good a 3D scan data is in mathematical format
Add spheres and checker board targets to your scan scratch its surface apply a spray substance called WWR45 and voila!
These spheres seems look expensives any way to get for free ?

If you dont want to buy expensive spheres just buy the ones from crafts store

There's tons of videos available on YouTube for laser scanning with spherical targets. I often use the sphere to add geodetic coordinates. We employ FARO scanners in our daily workflows
Can i do that with 3D sense 2nd gen scanner?

Did you mean from FARO like 330x ?, if yes then they're to much expensive. You can do with lower end lineups like S and M series
How much M series software license cost?

M series with software license will put you around 40K USD or 50K CAD.
