Currently we are using SolidCAM for 3 axis milling, and it's not possible to set negative stock value that we required sometimes. And we are accessing some advance CAM packages and just wanted to know is it possible to set negative stock value in NX CAM?

Yes indeed, NX CAM allow minus stock values to set and machine/generate tool path. Even in engraving on contour surface need to use "-"stock value to machine
